Whenever we use “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean the Company. 

When we use “you”, “your”, “cardholder” or “herd member”, we’re talking to you, the person using.

We are The Cowshed Café Limited (that’s who we refer to when using “The Cowshed Café”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12054563.

HERD Loyalty Card

Our Herd Loyalty Card is available to Herd Members; those who have signed up to our mailing list. This is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty and repeat custom at The Cowshed Café.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Herd Digital Loyalty Card is open to anyone aged 18 years or over and who is a Herd Member.

2. The Herd Digital Loyalty Card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Digital Card in accordance to the Terms and Conditions.

3. Each Digital Card is personal to the Cardholder/Herd Member to whom it is registered to and neither the Digital Card nor the stamps can be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with the Herd Loyalty Digital Card, please contact us by e-mail at info@thecowshedcafe.co.uk

4. A stamp is issued per visit and upon completion of a purchase of a hot drink made by the cardholder at the point of sale in The Cowshed Café.

5. Only one (1) stamp can be issued per visit and not before the expiry of twelve (12) hours from when the last stamp was issued.

6. Once you have collected a total of six (6) stamps you will be entitled to claim your reward; a hot drink from The Cowshed Café. The reward does not include any alcoholic drinks. 

7. The cardholder must redeem their reward on or before their next visit. A new stamp cannot be issued if the cardholder has an unredeemed reward on their Digital Loyalty Card. 

8. It is your responsibility to present your Digital Loyalty Card at the point of sale when making your purchase. 

9. If you forget your Digital Loyalty Card, please note that it is not possible to get stamps added retrospectively at a later date or after you have left The Cowshed Café premises

10. Loyalty stamps have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

11. The cardholder will be informed of any significant changes to the Herd Loyalty Digital Card by email. Continued use of the card will constitute your acceptance of any such changes to the terms and conditions.

12. The Cowshed Café will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with any failure or malfunction of the Herd Loyalty Digital Card or from it being cancelled or amended.

13. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your participation in the Herd Loyalty Digital Card or any rewards earned and not yet used in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion. 

14. You are not permitted to forward, copy and/or pass the web link and/or QR code for our Herd Loyalty Digital Card to anyone else.

15. Please note if your Herd Loyalty Digital Card is removed and/or deleted from your digital wallet on your mobile phone, we will not be able to restore your Digital Card and your stamps and data will be lost. 

16. If you wish to opt out of the Herd Loyalty Digital Card at any point, simply delete the digital loyalty card from your digital wallet.
