Bike Fit
Ride more efficiently. Get more from your bike. Ride more comfortably.
Whether you’re addressing discomfort, looking to improve your efficiency or choosing a new bike, our bike fits are tailored to your body, your bike, your riding and your goals.
£108 60–75 minutes · Road & gravel bikes · 4-week email follow-up.
Your fit:
Every fit starts with a consultation.
We’ll discuss your cycling experience, how and where you ride, your goals, your current fitness and injury history. This gives us a clear understanding of what you want from your bike and what we need to assess.
We’ll then evaluate your position under different riding loads, using motion capture, video analysis and traditional measurements.
Where appropriate, we’ll make adjustments to:
-
Cleat position
-
Saddle height and position
-
Handlebar height and reach
We’ll also identify any other changes that could improve your position or riding, including further bike adjustments or exercises that may be worth incorporating into your training.
What you’ll leave with
At the end of your fit, you’ll receive a written record covering:
-
Consultation notes
-
The adjustments made during your fit
-
Your new bike measurements
-
Recommendations for any further bike adjustments
-
Recommendations for exercises or supplementary work
And your fit doesn’t end when you leave.
We'll drop you a line after 4 weeks, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and let us know how the changes are working for you as you get used to your new position.
Why choose us?
Your fit is led by Rob, a British Cycling Level 3 Coach and Cytech technician, with a background in coaching and cycling development.
Rob has worked with bike riders for nearly two decades — from beginners through to members of national squads.
As part of a BSc in Sports Coaching, he spent a year studying cycling-specific biomechanics and continues to keep up to date with developing research, data and methodology in cycling science.
The combination of coaching, technical and biomechanical experience means we don’t just look at measurements. We look at the rider as a whole — how you move, how you ride and how your bike works with you.
